Product Safety Recall Notice: Sweetcrispy Pressure Washer

Recently, during a routine product safety inspection conducted in coordination with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), we identified a safety issue with certain Sweetcrispy pressure washers: the products lack a complete Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI). This issue is limited to the specific models covered by this recall and does not affect any other series or models of pressure washers from our brand.

 

To ensure consumer safety, we have worked closely with the CPSC to initiate a voluntary recall of the affected pressure washers.

 

Details of the Recalled Pressure Washer:

• Product: Pressure Washer

• Brand: Sweetcrispy

• Model Numbers: XCJ-K01-GN, XCJ-K01-BU

• Sales Period: July 19, 2025 – January 28, 2026

• Sales Channels: Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shein, and other online platforms

 

Consumer Action Required:

We strongly urge all consumers who own a recalled pressure washer to stop using it immediately to avoid the risk of electric shock. Please keep the unit out of reach of children.

 

Recall Instructions:

1. Preparation of Documents:

Consumers must prepare and submit the following materials to process the recall:

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order screenshot)

• Photo of the model number on the device or package

• Photo evidence of the washer being destroyed (e.g., cut power cord)

 

2. Inquiry & Support:

Following verification, we will process a full refund within 3–5 business days.

 

Important: The recalled pressure washers cannot be returned to any retail store for a refund.
