I thought is would be much firmer but I like it. It's more like a temporprdic mattress.
Also it tends to be warm so I will need cooling sheets.
We purchased 18 of these desks. When they arrived, they were too small for the space we are working on, and the quality was also not what we expected. I have reached out to customer service 4 times requesting assistance in returning the desks, and I continued to be ignored. Worst part is that I ordered the same desk in the larger size, we have those already installed, they are not being returned, and here I am sitting on 18 desks that can't be returning. A little double dipping if you ask me.
Easy to use and very comfortable in the sit up position. Very good for watching TV or reading.

The average person would have difficulty stretching the fabric pieces. We could not get the fabric to stretch far enough to cover the back leg section.
Very comfortable! I absolutely love the company I bought this from! This was my first recliner ever. I seriously can not thank them enough for helping me when I accidentally broke a wire while reclining it in the up position (I connected wires incorrectly and under the base, got caught and ripped a red wire from the motorized part that makes it recline). They are amazing!!
Like I said, at first I was skeptical about purchasing this chair because I just bought one two weeks ago and it wasn't exactly what I thought it was going to be, in fact I gave it away, but nonetheless this chair is great, it was easy to put together and set up, and it's very comfortable for me. I have a bad back and need a chair with a sturdy backrest and this chair is just right, not too sturdy and not too soft.

The chair at 96lbs does not move too easily on rugs so if that is a requirement you will need to use furniture sliders. Once assembled all the features worked properly using the included remotes. The chair has thick padding making it comfortable at the different settings such as heat and massage.

Great quality for the price. Super easy assembly. Checked all the boxes. We bought this for my dad who was ill. This was a huge help in lifting him and keeping him comfortable with the heat/massage elements. Very pleased with the purchase. Not sure about long term durability as we only used it for about 4 months.
The color is perfect!! the size is good. I just love whole chair and will recommend everyone who asks about it or is considering buying a lift chair. my two grandsons had it set up and it took about 25 minutes to do it.

Very happy with this purchase. It was a gift for my father in law who is in his 70's. It was delivered early and arrived as described. He was able to assemble himself with no issues. I wasn't sure about ordering this online, without seeing it somewhere. Holly smokes is this a WONDERFUL chair. Easy to set up, the Grey color is nice and luxurious looking, so soft, the heat and massage is just great. The chair is not noisy, the dual motor is great.
The delivery man went above and beyond to help me put it inside the front door.

I LOVE It! I've had it for just over a week and love everything about it! The seat is several inches higher than my old recliner, so it makes it much easier for me to get up. The dark gray material is very comfy. The cup holders are great; I no longer have to worry about spelling liquid on my end table which has an electrical plugin on it. The lumbar heat isn't as strong as I expected but still very good for my back. A wonderful chair that I have no hesitation recommending for everyone!
Bought this for my 88 year old mother. This was purchased for my aging mother. The chair works great and gets her up and down safely. She also loves the heating and massage features of the chair. The chair gets a lot of use and I no longer have to worry about her falling if she walks from her old chair to her walker.
